The Self-Defence program at Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy is desgined to enable you to successfully deal with everyday situations, with a calm and controlled approach.
Learn how to deal with confrontation and peer group pressure, you will master basic Self-Defence techniques, blocks and combinations in a calm and friendly environment.
Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy, 22 Exchange Street, Retford, holds a drop in session on Friday's at 12:15PM at a cost of £6.00 Per Person.
